Articles Of Impeachment

Articles of Impeachment could have been drawn up for all of the U.S. Presidents pictured above; only Bill Clinton was impeached and he survived the process. The war crimes of Clinton, Bush, and Obama failed to arouse the ire of Congress, as have the war crimes of Donald Trump. What constitutes an impeachable offense in the eyes of Congress appears to have little to do with the Constitutionality of the President's actions and everything to do with partisan political calculations. As a consequence, there is no clear standard available to the American people for determining whether or not the Chief Executive is liable to be impeached.

The Democan-Republicrat duopoly disenfranchised the American electorate long ago. Our politics are all spectacle.

By the way, what was with Rehnquist's stripes?
